Silage Tanks

An underground silage tank is designed with a chemical liner to prevent waste leaking through the main structure of the tank and causing pollution. These tanks allows for the safe collection and retention of silage effluent, chemical toilet or dog waste - acting as an effluent storage tank.

The size of a silage tank is calculated by the amount of waste produced and the frequency at which the waste is removed. Silage tanks have an inlet but no outlet as all waste is tankered away. If you require a septic tank for human waste, please see our septic tanks.
