Which motor/gearbox do I need for my Klargester BioDisc?
All Klargester BioDisc sewage treatment systems are powered by a motor/gearbox which drives the shaft and rotates the media discs. We sell a complete motor/gearbox (also known as a geared motor) – unfortunately, we cannot sell the motor or gearbox separately.
Klargester BA, BA-X or BB BioDisc
The Panasonic Motor/Gearbox is suitable for all Klargester BA/BA-X/BB model treatment systems, and comes with a separate capacitor.
Klargester BC, BD or BE BioDisc
The Bauer BG10Z-11/ECO4LA4/SP Motor/Gearbox is suitable for all Klargester BC/BD/BE model treatment systems. This motor/gearbox is single phase, installed with a start/run capacitor and keyway steel.
Klargester BF BioDisc
The Bauer BG20Z-11/EC05LA4 Motor/Gearbox is suitable for all Klargester BF model treatment systems. This motor/gearbox is single phase, installed with a start/run capacitor and keyway steel.
Klargester BG BioDisc
The Bauer BG40Z-11/D06LA4 Motor/Gearbox is suitable for all Klargester BG model treatment systems. This motor/gearbox is single phase, installed with a start/run capacitor and keyway steel.
For older models of Klargester BioDisc, we are able to supply the direct replacement motor/gearbox – we will need a full specification and/or photograph of the data plate, in order to correctly specify the required unit.
