All products supplied through Direct Drainage are genuine spare parts from leading manufacturers. Every product carries a minimum of a twelve-month Manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event that there is a problem with your goods during the warranty period, you should notify us immediately, and we will replace or arrange repair at our discretion. The warranty process may involve return of the parts to our supplier for inspection, and they will repair or replace if they deem the product to be warrantable.
Where we have agreed to replace the goods, you confirm that you will keep the original goods safely and allow our nominated carrier to collect them from you without undue delay. Persistent failure to allow the original goods to be collected may result in you incurring an additional charge up to the original cost to you.
