For deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail and DPD. Where items are sent directly from our suppliers they will use their own couriers and transport.
Any Royal Mail Orders (under the weight of the 20kg) received before 4.30pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day.
We aim for any courier orders (0.1 kg to 30kg) received before 4.00pm to be processed and dispatched the same working day, but dispatch can be delayed in some cases by 24 hours. We will send a notification when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where necessary. For DPD deliveries, you will receive subsequent notifications via email/text message with updates on your delivery and options to amend the delivery date if required.
The courier may require a signature from yourself (or a neighbour if you have specified your parcel to be left with a neighbour). If you have specified on your order that you wish the parcel to be left in a nominated safe place, we can arrange this, although we cannot be held responsible for parcels left in the specified location where no signature is required. We would also not be able to raise a claim against a missing parcel if you have left instructions for this to be left in a safe place. By leaving instructions for your parcel to be left in a safe place specified by yourself, you accept full responsibility for this parcel and accept that we cannot claim for any loss of damage to the parcel.
Proof of delivery supplied by our courier or transport company is sufficient evidence to establish proof of receipt of your goods. For any delivery problems, we are able to track the location if the items are sent by courier or another courier used by our suppliers.
Goods must be checked as delivered for any damage which may have been caused in transit. You must notify us within 2 working days of receipt in the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can take prompt action and rectify the situation for you.
Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout and cover most of the UK - however, parts of England, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more. Sewage Treatment Systems, Pump Stations, Septic Tanks, Cesspools, Separators, Silt Traps and Rainwater Harvesters are all delivered direct from manufacturers using their own transport.
Klargester, WPL and Harlequin offer free UK delivery on all systems to a UK mainland postcode.
Off-loading is the responsibility of the customer. Hiab is available upon request but may incur an extra charge and must be requested at the time of order.
Lead times vary and will be confirmed at time of order.
Whilst we endeavor to meet all stated delivery time frames we cannot guarantee this.
On occasion when we do not carry stock, items will be shipped directly from the supplier.
