Delivery Information

For deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail, Fedex and ParcelForce. Where items are sent directly from our suppliers they will use their own couriers and transport. For deliveries outside of the UK, we will request quotes from numerous courier companies and choose the most suitable for the items being sent.

We will process your order the same working day as long as the order is received before 4.30pm. Any orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the following working day. Orders received before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same working day, as long as we hold the items in stock.

We do endeavour to deliver all spare part orders the next working day, but sometimes issues will arise beyond our control which stops this from happening. If you haven’t received your package within 4 working days of ordering, and haven’t heard anything from us, please get in touch and let us know.

We will send a notification when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where necessary. For ParcelForce and Fedex deliveries, you will receive subsequent notifications via email/text message with updates on your delivery and options to amend the delivery date if required.

The delivery driver will require a signature from yourself (or a neighbour if you have specified your parcel to be left with a neighbour). If you have specified on your order that you wish the parcel to be left in a nominated safe place, we can arrange this, although we cannot be held responsible for parcels left in the specified location. We would also not be able to raise a claim against a missing parcel if you have left instructions for this to be left in a safe place. By leaving instructions for your parcel to be left in a safe place specified by yourself, you accept full responsibility for this parcel and accept that we cannot claim for any loss of damage to the parcel.

Proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish proof of receipt of your goods. For any delivery problems, we are able to track the location if the items are sent by ParcelForce and Fedex or another courier used by our suppliers.

Good must be checked as delivered for any damage which may have been caused in transit. You must notify us within 2 working days of receipt in the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can take prompt action and rectify the situation for you.
