Klargester BioDisc Greasomatic Multipurpose Cartridge

The Klargester BioDisc Greasomatic Lubricator Cartridge is a self-contained automatic lubrication system designed for use on Klargester BioDisc Sewage Treatment Systems from BD models onwards. Providing a continuous supply of grease directly to the drive chain, this cartridge helps reduce maintenance requirements, minimise wear and ensure smooth, reliable operation of your BioDisc treatment plant.

Manufactured in Great Britain by Wymark, the GREASOMATIC®96 is a cost-effective alternative to manual lubrication, delivering a controlled amount of lubricant over a pre-selected period without the need for pumps, motors, electricity or compressed air.

How Does the Greasomatic Cartridge Work?

The Greasomatic cartridge is a self-ejecting lubricator that screws directly into a grease nipple socket or compatible lubrication point. Once activated, it automatically dispenses 120ml of lubricant in a continuous and controlled flow over a period ranging from 1 to 12 months.

The cartridge operates independently and requires no external power source. Once fitted and activated, it will continue lubricating the chain drive until the cartridge is fully depleted, helping to maintain optimal drive system performance with minimal intervention.
